Today, Hayley continues to lead the business with the same hands-on approach, ensuring every clean reflects the values Meredith's Maids was founded on – quality, care and attention to detail.

Kaiya is passionate about digital marketing and creating engaging content that connects with audiences. As Marketing Manager, she leads the development and delivery of marketing strategies across our brands, bringing creativity, fresh ideas and a results-focused approach to every project.

 

Working closely with teams across the organisation, Kaiya oversees content creation, multi-channel campaigns, lead generation and brand development. She also plays a key role in driving the growth of our franchise networks through targeted marketing initiatives designed to increase enquiries, strengthen brand awareness and showcase franchise opportunities.
